Are there any minimum Questions and Answers that need to be add in the plugin?
Yes must put a minimum of 4 Questions and Answers.

Is there a limit to how many Questions and Answers you can add?
Not really, the more you add is better.

Can you create different Questions and Answers for each page or post separately?
Yes, of course it is the purpose of the plugin.

Must use a shortcode for questions and answers to appear?
No, the default is that questions and answers will appear at the bottom of the page

If you want to place it in a specific location, use a shortcode *note: dont forget to use checkbox when you use shortcode.

if my site located in second page in serp, will faq appear on serp?
No, as far as we know google not showing the faq on pages beside page one also not on homepage
